All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules
Eb04 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against your account:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without eb04's written consent.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any game, payment system, or technical feature of the platform.
- Sharing, selling, transferring, or granting access to your account to any third party.
- Using the platform to process any transaction that is unlawful or related to money laundering.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, inciting, or in violation of another person's privacy through any communication channel on the platform.
Eb04 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or reports of terms violations and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of balances associated with fraud, and disclosure of information to the relevant authorities where required.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the eb04 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. eb04 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly through this platform.
Successfully processed deposits credited to your account may be used for betting or gaming activities on the platform. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to completion of the full account verification process and may require identity verification before approval. eb04 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud pending the outcome of an investigation.
Any taxes, banking fees, or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing are solely the user's responsibility. eb04 is not liable for delays caused by banking systems or third-party infrastructure outside the platform's control.
Bonuses, free credits, or other incentives granted to users are subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn as cash unless all applicable withdrawal eligibility requirements have been fully met.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
